Margherita Kraus

Graduating in Veterinary Medicine, she earned a scholarship for research activities at the University of Milano-Bicocca, focusing on studying the pathological mechanisms of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by platinum-based chemotherapeutics. She completed her Veterinary Medicine degree in 2023 at the University of Turin, presenting a thesis on the antitumor effect of two compounds on a canine lymphoma cell line under the guidance of Professor Raffaella De Maria. In the same year, she obtained her professional qualification as a Veterinary Doctor, and in February 2024, she secured a research scholarship at the Neuroscience Department of the University of Milano-Bicocca. Her work involves contributing to the Ion Nerve Project, sponsored by the Cariplo Foundation. She aspires to pursue a PhD program to further her research in Neuroscience.
